Do not let your kitchen look like a mess. Take certain tasks to tackle your kitchen with ease!
Today starts with the best chore – DISHES!
ALWAYS begin your kitchen clean up with dishes using a dishwasher and/or sink.
For those who have a dishwasher simply remember to load your dishwasher.
What cannot be cleaned there you will have to do in the sink.
While cleaning dishes in the sink leave them to air-dry.
Expert Tip: Make it a routine to rinse your sink EVERY NIGHT.
RINSE SINK
You will need:
baking soda
mild liquid soap (e.g. castile soap)
light-duty sponge.
Sprinkle baking soda and a squirt of castile soap on your sink. With the sponge work the mix into a paste and let it sit while you clean other kitchen surfaces.
OTHER KITCHEN SURFACES
You will need:
All-purpose cleaner
Microfiber cloth
Kitchen Towel(s)
Broom (Optional: steaming vacuum)
With an all-purpose cleaner spray any tables, counters, and stove. Allow a few seconds for the exposure of the surfaces. Simply wipe down the sprayed areas with a microfiber cloth.
DRY SINK
Return to your sink now! Rinse off your sink to clear the baking soda paste. When all clear dry the sink with a kitchen towel to avoid creating water spots or even worse mold!
SWEEP & FRESHEN
Sweep your kitchen floors! If you are able to also vacuum your floors to get more debris. Consider investing in a steaming vacuum to sanitize floors. Sanitizing your kitchen floors daily ensures not only your safety but of any children and pets.
Lastly, leave out new washed kitchen towels for the following day and place the dirty ones to wash.
