Amy’s Angels Cleaning Policies
These policies apply to the interactions and bookings with Amy’s Angels Cleaning, Inc.
Amy’s Angels Cleaning collects your personal information in order to provide our members and others with whom we do business with cleaning services whether oral, electronic or written.
Cleaning Cancellation or Rescheduling
We completely understand that unexpected circumstances may occur. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule a cleaning services, Amy’s Angels Cleaning, Inc., requires a 24 hours notice BEFORE the offices close. Our business hours are daily from 9AM to 5PM PT. If it is the case that Amy’s Angels Cleaning, Inc. receives less than a 24 hour notice before 5PM OR our cleaners cannot access the property, we will charge you a cancellation/rescheduling fee ($90) depending on the type of service.
Scheduling or any service changes may not be through the cleaners. You must notify the office directly for schedule changes during office hours (9AM-5PM PT). You may notify directly via phone call or online.
NOTE: If you call to cancel out of office hours (5:01PM-8:59AM PT) our direct line will ONLY allow you to leave a voicemail and text messages/ emails will not be seen until the offices open again. A cancellation/rescheduling fee will be applied if you cancel after office hours.
Termination of a recurring cleaning must be notified before the scheduled cleaning during office hours between 9AM-5PM.
Recurring services are priced at a reduced rate. If you decide to cancel recurring service after one cleaning our regular Professional One-Time Cleaning charge will apply.
A $78 deposit is required to book.
As of 09/01/2020 Amy’s Angels ONLY accepts Credit Card as payment option.
There is a 3% transaction processing fee for VISA/ MasterCard / Discover.
There is a 5% transaction processing fee for AMEX.
The following payment methods are accepted for past recurring clients (08/31/2020 prior):
- Credit Card/Debit Card processed with a 3% or 5% transaction fee
- Bank-to-bank transfers (ACH Deposit)/ Invoice
When a cleaning service is completed the payment is due within 72 hours (3 days). Client(s) in charge of payment must note:
- Cost of paid parking that may added on date of booking.
Unpaid cleanings are considered a Violation of our payment policy. All unpaid cleanings are recorded on the client’s account.
If cleanings are not paid after 72 hours of the completed service, Amy’s Angels Cleaning will start charging a 1% interest fee for each day after the 72 hour period.
Professional One-Time Cleanings are usually scheduled for 9AM and 1:30PM daily. Our cleaners will work vigorously to complete your scheduled service within the time requested.
For a regular ongoing basis we tend to have the same cleaners serve your property. We cannot guarantee that it will always be the same cleaners. Our cleaning teams may be change due to illness, departure, absence of leave, or vacation.
If a scheduled cleaning is confirmed for 3 hours and our cleaners are not able to complete the cleaning within the time originally requested, our office staff members may give you a call/text/email for authorization to confirm additional time. You will be informed verbally or written form of additional costs before continuing additional time. Additional can only be added in increments of 30 minutes or an hour at the rate given.
Solicitation of Employees
We cannot guarantee an exact start time. An exact time cannot be specified as we accommodate to every customer to ensure high quality services. Traffic cannot be predicted or if a client will request additional time for their scheduled cleaning. However, we schedule accordingly to have enough time for a cleaning to be completed. If it is the case we cannot meet the time frame with reasonable time notice you may reschedule to another date.
Please give a 30-45 minute arrival gap.
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday or holiday week the office will contact you to reschedule. If you prefer to keep the scheduled cleaning, prices will reflect the HOLIDAY PRICE RATE .
Cleaning Service Guarantee
We take immense pride in the quality of service we provide. There will be a rare occasion when we realize that an area requested may not be cleaned to your expectation. Amy’s Angels Cleaning, Inc. will happily re-clean the area that was not met. Please do note that YOU MUST notify any concerns within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning and we ensure that we will make it right. We do not offer refunds.
Gratuity is not a requirement with Amy’s Angels Cleaning, Inc. We do advise to inform the office if you intend to leave tip to our cleaners.
Amy’s Angels Cleaning, Inc. uses high quality approved cleaning supplies. We value our cleaners’ health that we aim to utilize Eco-friendly and hypoallergenic products but carry chemicals so we can accommodate to every customer’s needs.
If you would like to provide a cleaning product Amy’s Angels Cleaning, Inc. must be notified via email, call, text.
Amy’s Angels Cleaning, Inc. offers purchasing gift certificates. A gift certificate does not expire. It cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value. Utilizing a gift certificate guarantees the amount to not be charged. If additional time is requested the gift certificate recipient is responsible to pay the difference.
Amy’s Angels Cleaning, Inc. only collects the customer’s information voluntarily given when filling out a form on our website.
Information such as name, address, phone number, and email is collected and utilized not only to improve the content in our website but to provide an estimate for our services.

- Direct-dialed calls to extensions and calls transferred to extensions with Amy’s Angels Cleaning, Inc.’s phone lines.
Call recording automatically stops when a caller disconnects from a call.
