- Large Pot
- Aluminum Foil
- Baking Soda
- Stove to boil water
- tongs/something to easily submerge the pieces and take out
- Add fair amount of water to a large pot
- Add 2 spoonfuls of baking soda to the water
- Place pieces of aluminum foil into the water
- Boil the water
- Place the stainless steel cutlery into the water
